I can't say enough about the FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE service Roger provided! Had him come out to replace a freezer defroster, Roger hooked me up with a thermostat as well! He's really applying concern that my appliance works properly the first time it's serviced, next level professional. I had a problem with my oven and I picked his brain about troubleshooting the problem as I do like to repair anything on my own. Roger jumped in my oven, showed me what needed to be replaced, discovered the part was disconnected and so he reconnected it and tested it. Works! I WAS GOING TO SPEND 800$ ON A NEW OVEN THE NEXT DAY! MORE MONEY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON THANKS TO HIM! Really casual demeanor, kinda guy you'd have a beer with, would appreciate him as a neighbor. Like I said can't say enough. He should be ruling the appliance repair market area he services!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My elderly mother needed her washing machine fixed and I called Tecnicos. Roger answered the phone right away via his messenger service and I spoke with him on behalf of my mother and he came later that day to look at the problem. I was not home when he arrived, but he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, working well with my mom. Two days later the part arrived and he came and fixed the problem and the price and part was so reasonable it was a joy and a surprise. Roger is the best! First time I called him was on a Saturday to fix a broken dryer, and he was out 3 hours later. He knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer and fixed it immediately. While he was there, he also repaired a broken burner on my stove.

I used Roger again to repair my refrigerator that was leaking water. Again, repaired it no problem........And repaired my ice maker that hasn't worked in 5 years without even asking

Roger is the man!!! I am so grateful that I called Tecnicos when my 30 year old washing machine started having issues. He was extremely responsive and worked around my schedule to come take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and unfortunately it was not worth repairing. However, he offered me a used machine for a very fair price, and came to install it the very next morning. Customer service, fairness, and expertise of Rogers caliber is hard to come by these days!! After calling 5 other appliance repair companies I decided to go with Tecnicos. I'm so glad I did. The owner trouble shooted with me via text which was something none of the other companies did. He also provided an estimate for labor and parts. the other companies only provided me with a diagnostic fee which wasn't helpful for budgeting purchases.
Roger gave me a heads-up when he was almost to my residence AND he was on time.
Once Roger figured out what the issue was, he talked me through how to fix it if ran into the same issue in the future.

What a FABULOUS appliance repair service!! Roger responded to my frig break- down emergency quickly- he not only arrived on a weekend ( without charging an extra fee) but he quickly resolved my frig issue- and fixed my dryer as well! Roger was so nice and helpful- gave me good advice on how to fix another appliance rather than charging me to do it. His rates were very reasonable. I called this morning as I was having issues with the fridge at our office (Whirlpool), the gentleman I spoke to was attentive and willing to understand the issue to better assist, he asked for model number, brand and a description of the issue-he was able to guide me through basic troubleshooting and got the issue fixed with 1 min on the phone as it was something very basic but I had managed to ignore.

Theyve definitely gained a customer as I have various properties all with appliances, Im sure Ill be calling them shortly.

My gas stoves ignitor quit on christmas eve at 3pm. Tecnicos was the only repair servicea willing to get me an ignitor without a service call and literally saved our Chistmas. I was back cooking by 4:30 after visiting HD and Lowes and calling four othet repair shops. I can not say enough about how awesome they are.
